Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.

For fresh grocery, perishable food items, milk, fruits, vegetables, frozen items, or similar products, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Some categories may have different return conditions depending on the product type, seller policy, warranty, hygiene rules, or product condition.


2. Eligible Return Reasons

A product may be eligible for return, exchange, or refund if:

  • The product is damaged or broken during delivery.
  • The product is defective or not working properly.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

3. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged by the customer.
  • Returned with original packaging, invoice, tags, labels, warranty card, manuals, and accessories.
  • In resellable condition, unless the product is damaged, defective, expired, or wrong upon delivery.
  • Supported with clear photos or videos if Alahii requests proof.

Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, water damage, burning, physical damage, unauthorized repair, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


4. Change-of-Mind Returns

Alahii.com may accept change-of-mind returns for selected categories only.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused.
  • The product is unopened and sealed where applicable.
  • The product is in original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, accessories, invoice, and warranty documents are included.

Fashion and clothing items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Used, washed, altered, stained, or damaged clothing items will not be accepted.


Shoes, Bags & Accessories

Shoes, bags, and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if they are unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Products with signs of use, dirt, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.


Electronics & Gadgets

Electronics and gadgets can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if the product is defective, damaged, wrong, not working, or not as described.

After the return window ends, warranty-based products will be handled according to the seller, brand, or manufacturer warranty policy.

Products damaged due to misuse, liquid damage, burning, broken display, unauthorized repair, or customer negligence will not be eligible for return or refund.


Mobile Accessories

Mobile accessories such as chargers, cables, earphones, headphones, covers, screen protectors, power banks, and similar items can be returned within 7 days if defective, damaged, wrong, or not as described.

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.


Home & Living

Home and living products can be returned within 7 days if damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or not as described.

The product must be unused and returned with original packaging and accessories.


Furniture

Furniture products can be returned within 7 days only if the item is damaged during delivery, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was delivered.

Furniture that has been used, assembled incorrectly, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery may not be accepted.

Beauty and personal care products can be returned within 7 days only if the product is unopened, sealed, expired, damaged, wrong, or defective.

Opened or used beauty, skincare, haircare, fragrance, makeup, or personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons unless the issue is verified.


Health & Hygiene Products

Health and hygiene products can be returned within 7 days only if they are unopened, sealed, expired, wrong, damaged, or defective.

Opened, used, or unsealed hygiene-related products are not returnable.


Grocery — Packaged Items

Packaged grocery items may be returned within 3 to 7 days if the product is expired, damaged, wrong, leaked, spoiled, or not as described.

For change-of-mind returns, packaged grocery items must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition.


Fresh Grocery & Perishable Items

Digital Products, Software & Vouchers

Digital products, software, vouchers, gift cards, downloadable items, and online codes are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

For damaged, defective, wrong, expired, incomplete, or not-as-described products, return shipping will be free after verification.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer may need to pay delivery or courier charges.

Alahii.com does not charge any restocking fee for eligible returns.

12. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before the product is shipped or handed over to delivery.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the customer may request return after receiving the product, based on this Return Policy.

Sellers on Alahii.com are responsible for providing accurate product information, original products, proper packaging, valid warranty details, and timely return/refund support.

If a seller sends wrong, damaged, defective, expired, fake, or misleading products, Alahii.com may take necessary action against the seller, including warning, penalty, product removal, account restriction, or seller suspension.

Customers are responsible for checking the product after delivery and reporting any issue within the return window.

Customers should not use, damage, wash, alter, repair, or dispose of the product before the return request is completed.

False claims, return abuse, fake proof, or fraudulent return attempts may result in rejection of the return request and possible account restriction.
