6. Seller Responsibilities

Avoid selling counterfeit, stolen, expired, damaged, prohibited, unsafe, or misleading products.

Fulfill orders on time.

Accept valid returns, refunds, or replacements according to Alahii.com policy.

8. Pricing and Availability

10. Payments

Delivery timelines shown on Alahii.com are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary depending on location, seller processing time, courier availability, traffic, weather, public holidays, natural disasters, political conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including name, phone number, address, area, district, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Alahii.com will not be responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, refusal to receive, or incomplete information.

13. Cash on Delivery Rules

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

Refusing multiple valid COD orders without reason may result in account restriction, COD limitation, advance payment requirement, or account suspension.

14. Stock-Out and Replacement Policy
